Outfit – A Dream Is A Wish Your Heart Makes

The most classic of princesses for this week’s outfit – Cinderella of course! Did anyone guess correct? This was an interesting one to put together, as most of the blue items in my wardrobe were too dark for her look. The top was an easy choice, for its colour, then I ended up going with a white skirt instead, for that light, floaty princess vibe. And it’s even warmer enough in Scotland now to forgo tights most days! I chose all the jewellery for their pale blue tones as well, and tried to stick with small, delicate pieces for the most part (ignore the nail polish, it was left over from the weekend, doesn’t really match the rest of the look!). I don’t have any glass slippers of course, so I just went with these nude flats, which match the simple, delicate style of this whole thing. I didn’t want the bun to look too harsh – which I think it kind of did pulled high in my Tinkerbell outfit – so I ended up doing a low, loose bun instead, and finished up with classic princess makeup, of shimmery eyeshadow and a pink lip.
